Leftover Makeover

30th Anniversary
Social Gathering
Workshop

During this time when there is no more dinner dine-in, do you feel troubled everyday what to cook for dinner?  Or are there often leftover take-outs in your fridge that you don’t want to touch again?

In Leftover Makeover, our talented HKUST chefs will show you how we can transform leftovers into brand new dishes so that you can enjoy good food AND reduce food waste at the same time!   To kick-start the series,  our alumnus Chef Charles Cheung, the founder of Catty and Tael Production will show you how to make Fried Rice with BBQ Pork from his leftover along with a healthy soup made from apples and pears.   Charles will not only share with us useful cooking tips but will also tell us about his journey to becoming a chef.

See you all on Friday, March 18 at 6pm on HKUST's Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/hkust)!

Please also stay tuned for other upcoming activities of the Life Hacks by HKUSTers series.

Take care and stay healthy!
