Opening Ceremony of HKUST(GZ)

We are excited to announce that the HKUST Guangzhou (GZ) campus will officially open its door on 1 September, marking an exciting new chapter in the history of the University and also the grand finale of our 30th anniversary festivities.    

Capitalizing on the strong foundation in Hong Kong and with close proximity between both campuses, HKUST(GZ) adopts the innovative Hub structure which facilitates cross-disciplinary education, research and knowledge transfer. This new establishment signifies a momentous advancement for HKUST as an international research university to reinvent education for the future and usher into a new era of growth. 

We take pleasure to cordially invite you to witness this important milestone and celebrate with us on September 1 – with an official opening ceremony in the morning and a light-hearted celebration featuring live performances by our students and alumni.
